Our humble Log Cabin Yoga Studio is just beyond the fast pace of

Brighton & Hove and at the edge of the South Downs. It is tucked away into a private garden sanctuary — a space to breathe, to move, to rest, and to just be.

Here, the garden blooms with the seasons, the South Downs rise just beyond the gate, and every class invites you to slow down and listen — to your breath, your body, and the stillness beneath the noise.
